Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use SevyDevy to do any of the following, or to help anyone else do them.

1. Illegal or harmful content

Do not upload, publish or share anything that:

• is illegal, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, or harmful to children;
• invades another person's privacy, including their bodily privacy;
• harasses, insults or threatens anyone because of gender, religion, caste, race, ethnicity, disability or any other protected characteristic;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property;
• impersonates another person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation;
• is deliberately false or misleading and could cause harm;
• threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with other countries, or public order, or incites any offence;
• contains malware or code designed to disrupt, damage or gain unauthorised access to any system;
• breaks any law in force.

2. Other people's data

• Do not upload another person's resume or personal details without their permission.
• When you invite someone to a booked interview, enter only the details of a person who has agreed to be invited.
• Do not collect other users' personal data from public profiles in bulk.

3. No hiring decisions

• Do not use Lala interviews, transcripts, reviews or scores to screen, rank, hire, reject, promote or evaluate real job candidates or employees, or to make any decision about a person's employment.
• Booking an interview for someone else is for helping them practise, for example as a mentor, friend, teacher or coach.
• If you want to use SevyDevy in hiring, contact us first. It requires a separate written agreement.

4. The Service itself

Do not:

• scrape, crawl, copy or harvest content (questions, explanations, model answers, profiles) by automated means, except search-engine indexing that our robots.txt allows;
• reverse engineer or decompile the Service, or try to extract its source code, prompts, system instructions or model configuration, including through prompt injection or "jailbreak" attempts;
• probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission (report security issues to [email protected]);
• bypass or interfere with rate limits, credit checks, free limits, bot protection or access controls;
• overload the Service or use it in a way that degrades it for others;
• resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others, or use it or its output to build a competing product.

5. Credits and referrals

Do not:

• create multiple accounts to collect welcome or referral credits;
• refer yourself, use fake identities or disposable email addresses, or trade referral codes for money;
• exploit bugs to gain credits; report them to us instead;
• raise chargebacks for purchases you made and used.

6. Interview integrity

• Do not use SevyDevy during a real interview or assessment to get answers in real time where the interviewer or employer does not allow it.
• Do not present AI-generated output as your own unaided work where that is not allowed.

7. Consequences

If you break this policy, we may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate your account, forfeit credits as described in section 14 of the Terms, and report illegal activity to the authorities where the law requires. Where reasonable, we warn you first.

8. Reporting

Report content or behaviour that breaks this policy to [email protected]. We acknowledge reports within 24 hours and act within 15 days. Content that is sexually explicit, impersonates someone, or exposes a person's private areas is dealt with within 24 hours.
