AI Use Notice

Lala is an AI

Lala, SevyDevy's interview partner, is an artificial intelligence, not a person. Lala's spoken voice is computer-generated. Reviews, scores, resume suggestions, explanations and model answers in SevyDevy are AI-generated, unless a page clearly says a person wrote them.

What AI is used for

• Running mock interviews and follow-up questions, in text and voice
• Reviewing your DSA code and system-design answers
• Checking and rewriting resumes against a job description
• Turning your speech into text, and Lala's text into speech
• Understanding voice requests to move around the app (Lala Navigator)

Lala offers two response levels, Standard and Advanced. They differ in depth and in credit cost.

What happens to your inputs

• The content needed for a request is sent to AI processing providers to generate the response. See sections 5 to 7 of the Privacy Policy for where this happens.
• We do not use your content to train AI models.
• Your voice is not stored and is never used to identify you. We do not create voiceprints.
• If you import your resume during setup, Lala uses details from it and your setup answers to tailor questions. To stop this, email [email protected].

Limits you should know about

• AI can be wrong about facts, code correctness, complexity analysis and system-design trade-offs, while sounding confident.
• AI can reflect bias. It may judge accents, phrasing, or unusual but valid solutions unfairly.
• Speech-to-text can mishear you, especially with background noise, strong accents or technical terms. Review your transcript.
• Scores are practice signals. They do not measure your ability and are not comparable with any company's real interview bar.
• Resume suggestions may add claims that are not true of you. Never submit a resume containing anything untrue. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

What SevyDevy is not for

• Not for hiring decisions. Lala's transcripts, reviews and scores must not be used to decide whether to hire, promote, reject or evaluate a real candidate or employee. SevyDevy is designed and offered for self-practice only.
• Not career, legal, immigration or financial advice.

Your rights

• No decision with legal or similarly significant effect is made about you solely by AI on SevyDevy.
• If you think an AI review is wrong, email [email protected]. A person will look at it, and we may return the credits.
• You can delete your transcripts, reviews and practice content in the product, or ask us to.
